1》. Precautions for engine use
1. A new forklift engine or after overhaul, the diesel engine cannot operate at full load and high speed from the beginning. It must be run in at low speed and light load for 50 hours, then it can be transferred to normal operation.
2. Ensure the cleanliness of the fuel. Filter through sedimentation or silk cloth if necessary.
3. Maintain normal water temperature (70~85℃) and engine oil pressure (0.2~0.4MPa at medium speed).

2》. Daily maintenance
1. Check whether the engine oil level in the oil pan is between the two engraved lines on the oil dipstick and close to the upper engraved line. For a new engine or a diesel engine that has been out of service for a long time, after filling the engine oil to the upper mark, run it at low speed for 5 to 10 minutes, then stop the engine, and use the oil dipstick to measure the oil level again.
2. Check the amount of water in the water tank.
3. Check the engine oil level in the fuel injection pump. If it is insufficient, add it to the specified level.
4. Eliminate three leaks situation (oil, water, gas).
